Dear Applicant:
The NYS Office of the State Comptroller’s Future Forward Internship Academy has received your recent application for program participation.

Pursuant to the provisions set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and Executive Order No. 6, establishes New York State’s obligation to collect information to determine the impact that our employment processes have on all applicants and employees.
